A rental day runs 24 hours
The clock starts when the van drops the gear and stops when we collect it the next day at the same hour. Weekend rate covers Friday afternoon through Monday morning as two days, not three.
Deposit is held, not charged
We place an authorisation hold on your card for 30% of the replacement value when the gear is dropped. The hold drops off within two business days of a clean collection.
ID matching the booking
Government photo ID and the card used to pay, in the same name, shown to the driver at the drop. First-time renters over $900 get a short verification call before the van is loaded.
